6 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract/essence
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 cups milk
Method:
1. whipped eggs in a bowl
2. add salt, vanilla, mix well
3. add maple syrup and whisk
4. add milk and whisk
5. strain the mixture through a sieve
6. pour the mixture into oven proof bowls for individual serving
7. place bowls in a baking tray with the height of the bowls
8. fill baking tray with hot water 3/4 the height of the bowl
9. place tray on the lower shelf of the oven
10. bake at 180*C for 45 mins
11. serve hot or cold
