- 150 gm quaker oats
- 280 gm all purpose flour / plain flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda
- 115 gm brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 2 egg
- 85 gm butter melted / sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 250 ml milk
Procedure:
- heat oven 200*C
- line muffin tray with paper cups
- in large bowl ... combine oats, flour, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, sugar, salt... mix well
- in small bowl ... combine egg, butter, vanilla, honey, milk, .. blend well ... add to dry ingredients
- stir till dry ingredients are moist ... not over mix
- fill muffin cups ... bake for about 20 mins til golden brown
- cool and serve
