- 200 g unslated butter
- 200 g icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essense Or flavor of choice
- coloring of choice
- 1 tbsp of milk
Procedure:
- cream butter .. mixer with K beater ... till light and fluffy
- add icing sugar ... start from low speed ... increase speed slowly
- add vanilla or flavor of choice
- icing should look smooth and creamy ... look dry add 1 tbsp milk ... looks soft add some icing sugar
- place piping tip into a piping bag ... snip off tip ... fill bag with buttercream
- pipe buttercream on top of cupcakes ... design of choice
