Food Allergy

If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Buttercream

Ingredients:
  • 200 g unslated butter
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essense Or  flavor of choice
  • coloring of choice
  • 1 tbsp of milk

Procedure:
  1. cream butter .. mixer with K beater ... till light and fluffy
  2. add icing sugar ... start from low speed ... increase speed slowly
  3. add vanilla or flavor of choice
  4. icing should look smooth and creamy ... look dry add 1 tbsp milk ... looks soft add some icing sugar
  5. place piping tip into a piping bag  ... snip off tip ... fill bag with buttercream
  6. pipe buttercream on top of cupcakes ... design of choice
