- 80 gm Sugar
- pinch Salt
- 80 gm Butter
- 1 no Yolk
- 1 no Egg
- 250 gm Cake Flour
- 15 gm Baking Flour
- 50 ml Milk
- dusting Plain Flour
- 50 ml Milk Wash
Procedure:
- in mixing bowl Sugar, Salt, Butter, use K beater, medium speed
- Do Not Over Beat, scrape side of mixing bowl
- add Yolk and Egg, medium speed
- add 1/2 Cake flour and Baking Powder, low speed
- add Milk, low speed
- add other 1/2 Cake Flour and Baking Powder, low speed
- mix well, add Raisin
- dust table and dough, roll and flatten into rectangle
- into a bag and chill 15 to 30 mins
- dust table, roll dough, thickness finger or thumb height
- dust round cutter with flour, cut out dough
- place on baking paper over baking tray
- apply Milk Wash with a brush for color
- bake 200*C / 180*C for 20 - 25 mins

Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Cream
- 20 gm Sugar
Procedure:
- whip cream and sugar until light and fluffy
- serve with scone
Note:
- best serve with Butter and Jam
