- 90 gm Sugar
- pinch Salt
- 75 gm Cake Margarine
- 50 gm Butter
- 2 no Egg
- 150gm Plain Flour
- 5 gm Baking Powder
- 30 ml Milk
- 50 gm Bluberry Filling / Jam
Procedure:
- in mixing bowl Sugar, Salt, Cake Margarine, Butter, use K beater, medium speed
- scrape down side of mixing bowl, mix until light yellow
- add Eggs, medium speed
- sieve Flour with baking Powder
- add to mixing bowl, low speed
- add Milk, mix until lighter yellow
- add and FOLD Blueberry Filling, for marble effect
- put into piping bag, fill Muffin Cup 3/4 full
- bake 180*C for 20 - 25 mins
