If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:
  • 90 gm Sugar
  • pinch Salt
  • 75 gm Cake Margarine
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 2 no Egg
  • 150gm Plain Flour
  • 5 gm Baking Powder
  • 30 ml Milk
  • 50 gm Bluberry Filling / Jam

Procedure:
  1. in mixing bowl Sugar, Salt, Cake Margarine, Butter, use K beater, medium speed
  2. scrape down side of mixing bowl, mix until light yellow
  3. add Eggs, medium speed
  4. sieve Flour with baking Powder
  5. add to mixing bowl, low speed
  6. add Milk, mix until lighter yellow
  7. add and FOLD Blueberry Filling, for marble effect
  8. put into piping bag, fill Muffin Cup 3/4 full
  9. bake 180*C for 20 - 25 mins
