Ingredients:
- 300 gm Plain Flour
- 180 gm Butter cubes
- 1 no Egg Yolk
- 55 ml Ice water
- Pinch Salt
Procedure:
- sieve Flour into mixing bowl
- add Butter cubes, use in rub in method
- add Egg Yolk with Ice water
- with glove hand, knead into flour
- covered and chill overnight
- (make Quiche Sauce and Quiche Filling)
- make Rice Bag for tart shell
- dust and roll dough, cut and fit into bowl
- do not trim edge, add Rice Bag
- bake 180*C / 250*C for 20 mins
- cool at room temperature
- add Quiche Fillings, Quiche Sauce, Parmesan Cheese
- bake for 15 mins
Quiche Sauce
Ingredients:
- 125 ml Fresh Cream
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 no Eggs
- 3 gm Salt
- pinch Salt
- pinch Nutmeg
- pinch Paprika
Procedure:
- in pot add Fresh Cream, Milk, Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg, Paprika
- warm over med heat, Do Not Boil, Off Fire, put aside
- in Mixing Bowl, Whisk Egg, add warm Milk Mixture,Whisking at the same time
- sieve mixture, cling wrap, cool at room temperature

Quiche Fillings
Ingredients:
- 1 no Onion
- 4 no Bacon strips
- 2 no Hot Dog slices
- 30 gm Parmesan Cheese
Procedure:
- heat oil in a pan, saute Onion till dry
- add Bacon strips, Hot Dog slice
- spread on tray to cool
