Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients:
  • 75 gm Sugar
  • 75 gm Brown Sugar
  • 120 gm Butter
  • 4 gm Vanilla Essence
  • 3 gm Salt
  • 50 gm Egg
  • 220 gm Medium / Plain Flour
  • 4 gm Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 3 gm Baking Powder
  • 80 gm Walnuts / Macadamia Nuts
  • 90 gm Chocolate Chips

Procedure:
  • in a mixing bowl, add Sugar, Salt, Butter, vanilla essence
  • mix well low to med speed
  • add Eggs, mix well, low to medium speed
  • add Flour, Bicarbonate Soda, Baking Powder
  • mix well, low to medium speed
  • add Nuts, mix well
  • take some dough, mould into balls / circle
  • place on baking tray
  • bake at 170*C for about 20-25mins
