- 250 g Milk
- 40 g Sugar
- 2 no Egg
- Vanilla Essence
- Cinnamon / Nutmeg
- 15 g Raisin / Dried Fruits / Ccoc / Nuts
- 3 Slices White Bread / Croissants
- 30 g Melted Butter
- Brown Sugar
Procedure:
- trim off edges and slice bread into 4
- in a pot add Milk, 1/2 Sugar, Cinnamom
- warm over medium heat, Do Not Boil, Off Fire, put aside
- in a Mixing Bowl add Eggs, other 1/2 Sugar, Whisk Well
- add warm Milk Mixture, Whisking at the same time
- sieve to remove foams
- brush melted Butter on one side of the sliced bread
- place 3 slice in bowl with Butter side up
- add Raisins / Dried Fruits / Choc /Nuts
- add Milk Custard over Bread slices
- sprinkle with Brown Sugar
- poach Bake 150*C for 1 hour
- when done the filling does not move in the bowl
