Food Allergy

If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Bread Butter Pudding

Ingredients:
  • 250 g Milk
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 2 no Egg
  • Vanilla Essence
  • Cinnamon / Nutmeg
  • 15 g Raisin / Dried Fruits / Ccoc / Nuts
  • 3 Slices White Bread / Croissants
  • 30 g Melted Butter
  • Brown Sugar

Procedure:
  1. trim off edges and slice bread into 4
  2. in a pot add Milk, 1/2 Sugar, Cinnamom
  3. warm over medium heat, Do Not Boil, Off Fire, put aside
  4. in a Mixing Bowl add Eggs, other 1/2 Sugar, Whisk Well
  5. add warm Milk Mixture, Whisking at the same time
  6. sieve to remove foams
  7. brush melted Butter on one side of the sliced bread
  8. place 3 slice in bowl with Butter side up
  9. add Raisins / Dried Fruits / Choc /Nuts
  10. add Milk Custard over Bread slices
  11. sprinkle with Brown Sugar
  12. poach Bake 150*C for 1 hour
  13. when done the filling does not move in the bowl
